Parker and Tucker, are going to be 10 this year. Parker is a Puggle with a love of food. We adopted him in 2008 when he was 2 years old from a friend's sister. Parker was born 4-20-06 and Tucker was born on 7-1-06. Tucker is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who I've had since he was 6 weeks old. Tucker is my snuggle buddy, they were breed to be lap dogs and he is certainly no exception. Both are very social dogs who adore kids and kids love them. They are great travel companions! Every road trip we take home to California or other road trips they are always game to go and see and smell the the sights around them. The boys enjoy car rides (especially to the coffee shop where they have treats for them), snuggle time on the couch with us,dog parks, daycare and running on and digging a dog fort at the beach. They can't wait for a new family member to snuggle and play with.
Oscar and Chance are our 2 cats. They were found in a dumpster at 3 weeks old and brought in to Don's work by a co-worker. We were going to foster them and find them homes because at the time we already had 2 cats (who've since passed away) but by the end of the night that wasn't going to happen. So for the last 8 years they've grown into some of the best cats we've had. Oscar follows me and the dogs about the house and is more of the day/night/anytime cat and Chance is the night cat, preferring to sleep during the day. It is estimated that they were born the first week to 10 days of October in 2008. The boys are a bit skiddish when people visit but after a few hours usually make their way out to say Hi. They love our nephews so I have no doubt they will adapt to a little one in the house after a few days.
Videos below show Parker excited to be back at the beach and then Tucker playing with our friends son at our friend's house.
Our home is nestled among the tall fir trees in Lake Tapps, Washington. We’re fortunate to have a Montessori, great schools, and our family doctor right down the street! In the summer, we visit the lake and like to scout the neighborhood for wild blackberries. We have 9 parks all within 3 miles of home. Our home is located on a large, wooded lot with a huge backyard. We recently renovated our downstairs into our new living room, game room, craft and hobby room as well as our office and laundry room. Upstairs we have made the old living room space into a spacious dining room with plans to enlarge and update the kitchen in a few years.
Thanks for stopping by! We look forward to hearing from you.
